Who will help me decide how to choose my treatment?
One of our professional therapists will help you plan the perfect salon experience, including the best sequence for your treatments.

What if I have special health conditions?
Please notify a therapist before scheduling your appointment.

May I request a therapist?
Yes, of course. Although we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late may limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service, a late arrival may be classified as a “No Show.”

What precautions do I need to take?
We recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoid alcoholic beverages prior to your salon service. Do not shave your legs prior to a body scrub treatment.
(A severe sunburn may prevent you from enjoying your treatment.)

What about payment for salon services?
You may pay with cash or BACS (Ask for details). We do not accept credit or debit cards.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointments.

What if I forget to show up for my appointment?
No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee.
